Total Gym 3000

The Total Gym 3000 is a fitness machine from the people that brought you the original total gym. What makes this machine, interesting and special is that it is a practical and affordable way for the everyday person to get in shape. This machine is a perfect for everyone, but many people have had a lot of success using the total gym to lose weight and to burn fat.

The secret of this machine is in the simplicity. It uses gravity to work against you to provide resistance. That means you don't have heavyweights to change, and it's much more user-friendly. Also, since you're using gravity in your own body weight. You were never going to be pulling too much weight than you can handle.

A lot of people tend to over train. When they try and lose weight and get started. But what the total gym, you were not really encouraged to do that at all. In fact, since it's based on the idea of body weight. You really end up just pushing up to your limit but not going over it.

Another great thing about the Total Gym 3000 is that it provides you with a good amount of resistance and a great workout, but also can be folded down to store easily. This machine can fit in a closet or under a bed, which is really helpful if you're trying to keep it out of the way. I don't think they are using the 3000 model, but I am not enough of an eagle eye to see exactly what version of the Total Gym they are using. One good thing is that all of the different models work very much the same. The biggest difference is the different accessories and features that they offer.
